Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method for the merchandise purchase, minus a $12.00 shipping charge for the use of our prepaid shipping label. Once the return label has been emailed to you, you have 10 days to send your hat back.

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached
  • Items must be sent back in the box it was sent in
  • Items shipped in Stetson or Borsalino branded boxes must be repacked and shipped as received.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made at Hollywood Hatters.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
