No, this hat is not damaged. Biltmore has gone ahead and distressed this hat and saved you the trouble. The torn ribbon and stains on the hat makes it look like you used it as pillow while camping in the desert.

It's made of a fine Merino Wool Felt, has a great teardrop crown and a nice 3" snap down brim with a raw edge. The tone of this hats brown color can vary. Made in USA

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method for the merchandise purchase, minus a $12.00 shipping charge for the use of our prepaid shipping label.

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached
  • Items shipped in Stetson or Borsalino branded boxes must be repacked and shipped as received.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made at Hollywood Hatters.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
