Standard Shipping
- For standard shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order.
- The first business day starts the day after the order ships.
- With 2nd day delivery, orders placed before 1pm PST will arrive on the second business day, and overnight orders placed before 1pm will arrive on the next business day (no Saturday delivery for 2nd day or Overnight orders).
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout, before you finalize your purchase.
- The standard shipping option does not apply to US Protectorates or to international orders.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or PO Box Shipping
- Hat/s will be shipped via USPS.
- Please allow 3 to 8 business days for standard shipping and 2 to 3 business days for expedited shipping.
- For APO/FPO addresses, please allow 5-10 business days for Standard shipping and 3-6 business days for expedited shipping.
International Shipping
- Customer is responsible for paying all applicable customs, duties and/or taxes upon receipt of the package.
- Orders may be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS, at the discretion of Solestruck.
- If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any additional fees and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 60 days after original purchase date.
- Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received.
- We cannot accept returns for used merchandise.
- Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.
Exchange
- Simply place a new order for the different size, color or style you want and return the original order to us using our return label.
- We highly suggest placing the new order right away to ensure stock availability.
